The benefit of hiring a VA is that you only pay for the services that you need.

You may not require regular help, in which case the pay as you go hourly rate would suit you.

If you need assistance on a weekly basis, a retainer works out to be more cost effective and this ensures you have a guaranteed set amount of time allocated to you every month and this would also give you a priority over PAYG.

Bespoke project rates are offered for a specific brief and is a great way for you to get a clear picture of the total cost of your project in advance. As every project differs these are discussed and agreed upon the onboarding / briefing stage.

PAY AS YOU GO

£32/hr

Whether it’s a one-off project you need help with or you’re just dipping your toes into the world of VAs, this is a flexible option that’ll give you just what you need.

All you need to purchase is a minimum of three hours!

RETAINER

£28/hr

You can secure guaranteed monthly time of 10, 20 or 30-hour blocks of time per month and you can purchase extra hours if needed.

At the end of the month, you’ll be provided with a detailed report so you can see exactly how your hours have been used.

OUT OF HOURS

£38/hr

'Out of hours’ support is available at a rate of £38 per hour.

Emergency support is available out of my regular working hours 9am to 5pm.

A full breakdown of the minutes worked will be attached to your invoice so you can see exactly where the time I have worked on your business has been spent. Software I use to calculate the minutes that I have worked rounds down in 15 minute increments.

These prices are in accordance with my Terms & Conditions and Contract provided at the time of booking and cannot be carried over from month to month.
