FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

If your question is not listed below, feel free to get in touch with me. I will be happy to answer any queries you may have, big or small.

WHY DO I NEED A VIRTUAL ASSISTANT?

The benefit of a Virtual Assistant is that you only pay for the services you need while allowing yourself to concentrate on your core business duties, which is pushing your business forward.

Here are some reasons why a VA might also be the most cost-effective solution:

  • You only pay for the hours you need, rather than a full-time employee

  • You don’t need to pay for holiday or sickness cover

  • You don’t have to worry about an employment contract, payroll, pension or HMRC staff requirements

  • You don’t need to organise physical office space for your VA

CONTACT OPTIONS

We’ll discuss your communication preferences during the onboarding process but it is possible for us to communicate via email, telephone, WhatsApp, Zoom or Skype.

Face to face meetings are also possible however, travel time will be charged at the hourly rate and travel costs added to invoice.

SHOULD I GO FOR RETAINER PACKAGE?

With a retainer, you are guaranteeing my  services for the amount of time you have purchased. The Pay As You Go hourly rate is subject to availability and retainer clients will take a priority.

Unfortunately, as each month is carefully planned,  there isn’t the capacity to carry over any unused hours.

IS THERE A MINIMUM HOURS I NEED TO PURCHASE?

Yes, 3 hours minimum needs to be purchased for Pay As You Go option.

DO I NEED TO SIGN A CONTRACT?

Yes. A Virtual Assistant Agreement is to be signed by all clients as well as a Data Procession Agreement and Terms of Business.

DO YOU HAVE AN INSURANCE?

Yes, I have Professional Indemnity insurance up to a value of £1m, Public Liability Insurance up to a value of £1m and Cyber & Data Insurance up to a value of £100k.

ARE SPECIFIC SOFTWARES NEEDED FOR WORKING TOGETHER?

Google Drive is recommended as a way of working together and sharing files there are a number of ways to work remotely with you. If you have a preferred software, we can look to work with that (any new software would be discussed in the initial meeting/onboarding).
